MODULE #03Production Ready (Active)HR & Competence

Training

Training plan and register, effectiveness evaluation and online meetings in Teams, Google Meet and Zoom – in one module.

The Training module covers the whole training cycle in the company: from the training plan, through the register of internal and external trainings, attendance list and certificates, to a two-step effectiveness evaluation – first by the participant, then by their supervisor. Remote and hybrid trainings are supported by integrations with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom, and knowledge tests can be prepared by NexiMed AI based on an uploaded file, e.g. a procedure.

Why Your Team Needs This Module

The main benefits this module brings to your team’s day-to-day work.

Training plan and register in one place

The training plan feeds the register and statuses update automatically. Internal and external trainings, attendance list and certificates – all in one table.

Two-step effectiveness evaluation

The participant evaluates the training, and completing it unlocks the supervisor’s assessment of the knowledge gained. Deadlines follow company procedures – the number of days is set by the administrator.

Online meetings without manual work

For a remote or hybrid training the system creates the meeting link itself in Teams, Google Meet or Zoom – you only need to connect the platform.

NexiMed AI

Tests prepared by NexiMed AI

Upload a file, e.g. a procedure, and NexiMed AI generates the questions and prepares a test that checks participants’ knowledge. The test is added by the person creating the training.

Key Features of the Module

What exactly this module can do.

Register of internal and external trainings

All trainings in one table, with columns chosen by the administrator. The trainer is chosen from the employee list or typed in.

Training statuses

Planned, Completed (with the actual date) or Cancelled (with a mandatory reason). Name and date can be changed while the training is planned.

Attendance list and certificates

Certificates are uploaded only for participants who attended and are later also available in the user’s profile.

Effectiveness evaluation

Participant survey (1–5 scale and open questions), then the supervisor’s assessment: goals achieved, application of knowledge in practice and how it was verified.

Role-based permissions

An employee sees their own trainings, a manager also sees their subordinates’ trainings, and the QMS team sees all of them.

Questions & Answers

Module Implementation FAQ

Who can add trainings and view their details?

Trainings can be added by people who have been granted permission – during implementation we agree with the client who receives it, or we let the company administrator grant it. The details of a training are visible to the participant and their supervisor, and the QMS team sees all trainings in the company.

Who evaluates the effectiveness of a training and by when?

The participant completes the evaluation first, and finishing it unlocks the supervisor’s assessment of the knowledge gained. Deadlines follow company procedures (e.g. one month for the participant and three months for the supervisor after the training ends) – the number of days is set by the administrator, so it can differ in every company.

Does every training require an effectiveness evaluation?

Not necessarily. The person changing the training status to “Completed” can mark that the participant’s evaluation is not required. It is worth describing in the procedures exactly when this applies.
